ReactorCraft Mod for Minecraft 1.7.10/1.6.4

Minecraft is many things, but an accurate physics simulator isn’t one of them. The ReactorCraft mod changes that, allowing you to bring nuclear physics into the game world. ReactorCraft adds several new types of ore spawns to the world generator that you will need to mine in order to build your machines, including: Flourite Pitchblende Cadmium Indium Silver Calcite Magnetite Ammonium Chloride These new ores can be found throughout the game world, requiring trips to both the Nether and the End to collect everything.

What can you do with it?

The centerpieces of ReactorCraft are the multi-block reactors that the mod introduces. The functions of these reactors are modeled after their real-world counterparts, so you’ll need to build carefully, taking into account the same cooling and energy production constraints that would keep an actual nuclear engineer up at night.

The struggle doesn’t end once your reactor has been built. Part of your design will include a robust control system that tells you what your reactor is doing using realistic energy units. If you fail to monitor the reactions properly, or there was a flaw in your design from the start, the consequences range from poisonous gas leaks to a cataclysmic nuclear meltdown.

So if you find yourself just bored to tears with the same old redstone circuitry, and you don’t mind running the risk of your world being turned into a radioactive crater, give ReactorCraft a try.
