Mo’ Bends Mod for Minecraft 1.7.4 / 1.7.2 / 1.6.4 & 1.5.2
Do you find Minecraft character models intolerably flexible? Have you ever wanted to just ignite a little bit of dynamic movement in their spine, forearms, and body? The mo bends mod is just for you. Adding a little bit of a flexible bend in the body allows for more expressive movement in the character models.
Skeletons and other wild enemies at night may have looked stuff and uptight to you before. But with the mo bends mod for Minecraft, they attain some greater menace in their steps. See the arms move with his mod applied. Though it certainly does not have any revolutionary changes in the game play mechanics and the overall structure of the game, it is aesthetically pleasing to see some movement that was never seen before.
Minecraft is such a consistent game style-wise. Only in mods do we get a bit of respite from the tone and overall sheen of the game’s pixilated environment and characters. This mod changes the pace. For enemies and good characters alike, as well as your own character, watch everyone and everything have a little bit more swagger in their walk. They simple demand coolness! Where everyone else’s characters are still in the Lego world, your Minecraft characters bounce to life in every step- literally.
Simply put, the mo bends mod is just pleasing and cute. It gives characters less rigidity, and makes them more attractive. What makes it work so well is the clashing against the normal tight-knit pixel form of everything else. With a game so founded on cubes and geometry, it is weird to see so many creatures breaking the very mold that defined them.
